摘要
目的 研究布鲁菌病患者外周血白细胞(WBC)系列的变化与特点,探讨其临床意义。方法 选取2014年12月至2015年12月在齐齐哈尔市疾病预防控制中心进行布鲁菌病体检和常规体检的人群,其中包括40例急性期布鲁菌病患者(急性组)、35例慢性期布鲁菌病患者(慢性组)及72例健康体检者(对照组)。使用全自动血液分析仪测定外周静脉血WBC、淋巴细胞绝对值(LY)、淋巴细胞百分比(LY%)、单核细胞绝对值(MONO)、单核细胞百分比(MONO%)、嗜酸性粒细胞绝对值(EO)、嗜酸性粒细胞百分比(EO%)、嗜碱性粒细胞绝对值(BASO)、嗜碱性粒细胞百分比(BASO%)、中性粒细胞绝对值(NEUT)、中性粒细胞百分比(NEUT%)11项WBC相关指标参数。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析评价WBC系列变化对急、慢性组的诊断价值。结果 与对照组比较,急性组WBC、EO、EO%、BASO、BASO%、NEUT、NEUT%水平降低[(5.222 0 ± 2.551 2) × 10^9个/L比(6.352 5 ± 1.905 8) × 10^9个/L、(0.030 0 ± 0.006 8) × 10^9个/L比(0.083 9 ± 0.039 3) × 10^9个/L、(0.54 ± 0.12)%比(2.31 ± 0.14)%、(0.009 1 ± 0.001 1) × 10^9个/L比(0.019 0 ± 0.002 4) × 10^9个/L、(0.17 ± 0.09)%比(0.32 ± 0.20)%、(2.698 7 ± 1.948 4) × 10^9个/L比(4.012 9 ± 1.579 0) × 10^9个/L、(48.13 ± 14.38)%比(62.13 ± 9.00)%,P均 〈 0.05],LY、LY%、MONO%水平升高[(2.125 3 ± 0.949 9) × 10^9个/L比(1.794 4 ± 0.606 6) × 10^9个/L、(43.37 ± 14.52)%比(29.10 ± 7.97)%、(7.84 ± 2.23)%比(6.55 ± 2.04)%,P均 〈 0.05]。与对照组比较,慢性组NEUT%[(54.63 ± 9.26)%]水平降低(P 〈 0.05),LY、LY%、EO水平[(2.212 0 ± 0.633 2) × 10^9个/L、(36.41 ± 8.51)%、(0.153 9 ± 0.028 8) × 10^9个/L]升高(P均 〈 0.05)。慢性组LY%、MONO%水平[(6.45 ± 1
Objective To explore characteristics and significance of the indexes of peripheral white blood cell (WBC) in patient with human brucellosis. Methods People checked by brucellosis physical checkup and routine physical checkup at Qiqihar Center for Disease Control and Prevention from December 2014 to December 2015, including 40 acute brucellosis patients (acute group), 35 chronic brucellosis patients (chronic group) and 72 healthy people (control group), were selected. Automatic blood analyzer was used to determine the indexes of WBC, lymphocyte count (LY), lymphocyte percentage (LY%), monocytes count (MONO), monocytes percentage (MONO%), eosinophil count (EO), eosinophil percentage (EO%), basophilic granulocyte count (BASO), basophilic granulocyte percentage (BASO%), neutrophils count (NEUT) and neutrophils percentage (NEUT%). The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic value of WBC parameters in acute and chronic groups.
