摘要
采用粉末冶金的方法制备了不同Ti含量的WC-8%Co硬质合金。研究Ti含量对WC-8%Co硬质合金组织和性能的影响。采用金相显微镜与扫描电镜对合金的微观结构进行分析,并测量合金的物理机械性能。结果表明:随着Ti含量的增加,WC-8%Co合金的密度随之降低,硬度随之增加,矫顽磁力先增加后降低。与添加了(W,Ti)C的WC-8%Co合金相比,未添加(W,Ti)C的WC-8%Co合金具有高的冲击韧性与抗弯强度(50.5 kJ/m^2及3050 MPa)。当Ti含量为0.1%时,合金的冲击韧性与抗弯强度急剧降低,达到0.2%时,明显回升再增加,又有所降低。
WC-8%Co composites with different contents of Ti were prepared by metallurgy technology. The effects of (W,Ti)C additions on microstructures and properties of WC-8%Co alloy were discussed. Microstrueture analysis of the alloy was performed using metallographic analyzer and scanning electron microscope. The mechanical properties of the WC-8%Co composites were tested. The results show that the density decreases and the hardness increases with the increase of (W,Ti)C addition. The coercive force increases firstly, and decreases subsequently with the increase of (W,Ti)C addition. Compared with all of WC-8%Co composites with addition of (W,Ti)C, the WC-8%Co composite without addition of (W,Ti)C has higher flexural strength (3 050 MPa) and impact toughness (50.5 kJ/m^2). With the increase of (W,Ti)C addition, the flexural strength and impact toughness of the composites dramatically decrease firstly, increase subsequently and decrease ultimately again.
