摘要
硬质合金顶锤、压缸是与生产人造金刚石的大吨位两面顶压机配套使用的组合模具.如进口爱尔兰的保尔特(BOART)和奥地利的普兰西(PLANSEE)顶锤、压缸均为WC—Co(YG)系硬质合金,废顶锤便于收集.探索了用硝石熔炼法处理废顶锤材料,制取金属钨粉和钴的生产工艺.
The hard-alloy anvil & die are the combined model tools for man-made diamond, the imported anvils of BOART & PLANSEE and cylinder of WC-Co alloy are used for heavy double Compressors. The disused materials are easily collected. The writer explored the method to deal with disused anvils by means of niter-casting and obtain the technology of making metal tungsten and cobalt.
