摘要
1999年 6月从江苏省启东市某水产养殖场患病濒死的中华绒螯蟹肝胰腺中分离出 3株致病菌 .经回感试验证实了菌株在 2 4小时内对健康蟹的致死率分别为 10 0 %、75 %和 6 0 % ,回感温度升高可导致死亡时间缩短 .经细菌形态、生理生化特性等鉴定为嗜水气单胞菌 ,分别定名为ES 1、ES 2和ES 3菌株 .3株菌的最适生长温度在 35℃ ,pH8,NaCl浓度 0~ 1% .
Three strains infectious bacteria, separated from hepar pancreas of dying Eriocheir sinensis in a certain aquaculture farm in Qidong city, Jiangsu province in June 1999, were proved by artificially infected experiments that their lethality rate to healthy crab in 24hr are separately 100%, 75, 60%, and the death would be accelerated when the artificial infection temperature rise. Through judging from modality of bacteria, specialty in physiologic and biochemical, indicated that the isolates belong to Aeromonas hydrophila , and named them respectively ES-1, ES-2 and ES-3. Their best of appropriate environment is 35℃, pH 8.0 and 0~1% NaCl.
