嗜水气单胞菌溶血毒素对草鱼血细胞的溶血作用 被引量:5

摘要 通过嗜水气单胞菌菌体和菌液上清对草鱼的体外溶血试验,发现菌细胞在培养 12hr后即具最高溶血活性,而菌液上清在菌培养 60hr后才达到最高溶血活性;在 pH6~ 8范围内嗜水气单胞菌溶血素可维持高溶血活性,而维持高溶血活性的最适培养温度为 35℃;部分糖和二价金属盐类可在不同程度上影响菌液上清的溶血活性。 The effect of Aeromonas hydrouphila and supernatant of bacterial suspension on blood cell of Ctenpharyngodon idellus was sutdied in this paper.Bacteria had highest hemolytic activity after 12 hour’ s culture,and supernatant of bacterial suspension reached the highest hemolytic activity after 60 hour’ s culture .The hemolysis of Aeromonas hydrophila maintain a high activity in pH range of 6~ 8, and the maximum hemolytic activity at the temperature of 35℃ .The hemolytic activity can be changed under the influence of several sugars and two- valenced metal ions.
