摘要
水利扶贫肩负着改善贫困地区水利基础设施的重任,科学合理的水利精准扶贫途径可以帮助广大贫苦农民脱贫致富。通过对当前关于水利精准扶贫的研究进行梳理和归纳,结合PPP模式和"互联网+"的特点,提出了PPP水利扶贫创新模式和水利扶贫的互联网+模式,试图应用PPP模式和"互联网+"模式实现水利精准扶贫,以期为水利精准扶贫提供帮助。
Water conservancy poverty alleviation is shouldering the important task of improving water conservancy infrastructure in the poor areas,the scientific and reasonable water conservancy poverty alleviation can help the poor farmers out of poverty and get rich.This paper puts forward the PPP water conservancy innovation model and ＂Internet ＋＂ model for water conservancy poverty alleviation by carding and concluding the recently research about water conservancy poverty alleviation,the characteristics of PPP mode and the ＂Internet ＋＂ are udes to offer help for water conservancy poverty alleviation.
