摘要
考虑各地区配制混凝土的常用材料、配合比不同造成超声回弹综合法检测混凝土强度精度降低的问题,选取福州地区常用材料制备了混凝土试块并进行了超声回弹综合法的强度测试。通过对测试数据的比较分析发现,全国统一的测强曲线在对福州地区混凝土强度预测过程中误差过大,存在一定的适用性问题;通过进一步对试验数据的拟合分析,初步建立了福州地区超声回弹综合法测强曲线并验证了其有效性。
Due to the different utilization of raw material and different selection of the concrete mix proportion, the precision of the prediction on the concrete strength when using uhrasonic-rebound combined method might be reduced. The material, as well as the concrete mix proportion which are common used in Fuzhou region are selected and the standard concrete samples are casted. Ultrasonic-rebound combined method is used to predict the strength of the samples. After comparing of the test results and the prediction results, it is found that the prediction curve suggested in current national code is not guaranteed precise result. And then optimization method is used to fit a local strength prediction curve. The curve is then validated with more test results.
