摘要
为了快捷预测高寒地区混凝土的抗压强度,以保证高寒地区混凝土的强度和耐久性,文中通过引入外加剂和调整水灰比,制备2种配合比的C50立方体混凝土试块,对其进行超声-回弹及抗压强度测试,通过对测试数据进行多种函数形式的拟合、相关性分析及误差分析。结果表明:高寒地区2种配合比的混凝土最佳强度预测模型均为幂函数形式;高寒减水混凝土、高寒引气减水混凝土抗压强度预测值的平均相对误差均远小于《超声回弹综合法检测混凝土强度技术规程》(CECS 02:2005)中的要求,为高寒混凝土强度预测提供新途径。
In order to quickly predict the compressive strength of concrete in high cold areas, so as to ensure the strength and durability of concrete in high cold areas, C50 cubic concrete test blocks with two mix proportions are prepared by introducing additives and adjusting the water cement ratio.Ultrasonic rebound and compressive strength tests are carried out on them.Through fitting, correlation analysis and error analysis of test data in various functional forms.The results show that the best strength prediction models of concrete with two kinds of mix proportions in alpine regions are power functions;The average relative error of the predicted compressive strength of high cold water reducing concrete and high cold air entraining water reducing concrete is far less than the requirements of “Technical Specification for Testing Concrete Strength by Ultrasonic Rebound Comprehensive Method”(CECS 02:2005),which provides a new way for predicting the strength of high cold concrete.
