超声回弹综合法与回弹法检测泵送混凝土抗压强度的比对试验 被引量:5

摘要 超声回弹综合法及回弹法在我国检测混凝土抗压强度具有快速,方便的优点,在混凝土结构验收检测评定和既有混凝土结构鉴定检测中得到了广泛应用。本文基于北京市地方标准《回弹法、超声回弹综合法检测泵送混凝土抗压强度技术规程》(DB11/T1446-2017)与《超声回弹综合法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》(T/CECS 02:2020)进行论述。通过结构构件混凝土浇筑侧面的回弹法地区测强曲线和超声回弹综合法全国统一测强曲线换算得到测区现龄期混凝土强度值,最后相应于强度换算值总体分布中保证率不低于95%得到现龄期混凝土强度推定值。 The Ultrasonic springback method and ultrasonic springback method are quick and convenient in testing concrete compressive strength,and are widely used in concrete structure inspection and evaluation and appraisal of existing concrete structures.This paper is based on the local standards of Beijing,which are The Technical Regulations for Testing the Compressive Strength of Pumped Concrete by Rebound Method and Ultrasonic Rebound Method(DB11/T1446-2017)and The Technical Regulations for Testing Concrete Compressive Strength by Ultrasonic Rebound Comprehensive Method(T/CECS02:2020).The strength value of the concrete at present age is obtained through the conversion of strength curve of the regional rebound method and the national ultrasonic rebound comprehensive method.Finally,corresponding to the overall distribution of the strength conversion value of the guarantee rate,which is not less than 95%,this paper gets the strength estimation value of the concrete at current age.
