摘要
目的通过阐述地方医学院校医学特色学科建设的现状，探讨其发展路径，为地方医学院校的特色学科发展提供指引。方法根据地方医学院校学科建设的总体特点，结合客观发展现状，总结制约瓶颈，寻找出适合地方医学院校的特色学科发展的新方法和新途径。结果医学特色学科的建设应立足持续发展，挖掘学科特色；凝练研究方向，提升科研水平；注重学术交流，打造人才梯队；整合各类资源，构建学科群；建立绩效评价，开拓成果创新。结论当地教育机构和医学院校应充分认识特色学科的重要性，在满足当地发展需求的同时打造品牌文化，最终建设出优势突出、结构合理、可持续发展的特色学科。
Objective This paper expounds the present situation of the construction and probes into the development path of the medical characteristic disciplines, so as to provide guidance for the development of the characteristic disciplines of local medical colleges and universities. Methods According to the general characteristics of the discipline construction of the local medical colleges and universities, through the analysis of the current situation of the objective development and the restriction of the bottleneck, to analyze the new methods and new ways for the development of the characteristic disciplines in local medical colleges and universities. Results Medical characteristic disciplineconstruction should pursue sustainable development, mining subject characteristics; concise direction of re- search, enhance the level of scientific research; focus on academic exchanges, build talent echelon; integrate all kinds of resources, construction of subject group; building performance evaluation, pionee- ring achievement innovation. Conclusions Local educational institutions and medical colleges and universities should fully understand the importance of characteristic disciplines to meet the needs of local development and create brand culture. The characteristic disciplines with prominent advantages, rea-sonable structure and sustainable development should be established.
