摘要
近年来,天津市临床学科布局结构持续优化,临床专业水平显著提升,形成了一批国内领先、国际一流的高水平学科,汇聚了一批优质专家资源,为保障人民群众生命健康发挥了重要作用,有力支撑了区域经济社会的繁荣发展。本文以天津医科大学开展的临床专病研究中心建设工作为例,从深化临床学科发展的必要性出发,通过构建SWOT矩阵模型,探索适合天津医科大学临床学科发展的建设思路和战略选择,即主动服务国家战略、对接行业发展需求、将学科建设的重点放在优化学科资源布局上、打通大学与医院各专业之间的协作通路、鼓励专病主干专业、与其他支撑专业形成优势互补的紧密合作、促进基础医学与临床医学的深度融合、推动临床专病学科生态群建设,从而提高大学系统在全国的整体声誉和核心竞争力。学科发展各领域是相融互通的,因此本文的研究思路和战略设计具有至关重要的借鉴意义。
In recent years,the layout and structure of clinical disciplines in Tianjin have been continuously optimized,and the clinical professional level has been significantly improved.A number of domestic leading and world-class high-level disciplines have been formed,and a number of high-quality expert resources have been gathered,which has played an important role in ensuring the life and health of the people and effectively supported the prosperity and development of regional economy and society.Taking the construction of clinical special disease research center carried out by Tianjin Medical University as an example,starting from the necessity of deepening the development of clinical disciplines,this paper explores the construction ideas and strategic choices suitable for the development of clinical discipline of Tianjin Medical University by constructing SWOT matrix model,that is to actively serve the national strategy,meet the development needs of the industry,focus the discipline construction on optimizing the layout of discipline resources,open up the cooperation channel between universities and hospitals,encourage the main specialty of specialized diseases,form close cooperation with other supporting specialties with complementary advantages,promote the deep integration of basic medicine and clinical medicine,and promote the construction of ecological group of clinical specialized diseases,improve the reputation and overall competitiveness of the university system.All fields of discipline development are integrated and interconnected,so the research ideas and strategic design of this paper have vital reference significance.
