锦州市三甲医院护理人员工作压力现状及影响因素调查 被引量:7

摘要 目的了解锦州市三甲医院护理人员工作压力现状及其与应对方式之间关系。方法应用便利抽样方法,于2016年1~12月对锦州市986名护理人员进行问卷调查,了解护理人员工作压力现状与应对方式情况。结果锦州市三甲医院护理人员工作压力平均得分为(26.5±6.0)分,>25分者591人,占59.9%;护理人员工作压力影响因素主要有性别、学历、岗位、所在科室、收入等;护理人员工作压力得分与积极应对方式得分之间呈负向相关(r=-0.678,P=0.000)、与消极应对方式得分之间呈正向相关关系(r=0.233,P=0.001)。结论锦州市三甲医院护理人员工作压力较大,同时护理人员工作压力受其应对方式影响。 Objective To understand the relationship between job stress and coping style of nurses in third-grade class-A hospital in Jinzhou.Methods Convenience sampling was used to investigate 986 nurses in Jinzhou from January to December in 2016 to understand the current situation and coping style of nursing staff.Results The working pressure of nurses in Jinzhou third-grade class-A hospitals scored an average of (26.5±6.0),with 591 ones more than 25 points,accounting for 59.9%,the main factors affecting the working pressure of nurses were gender,education,job,departments,income and so on,work pressure scores of nursing staff were negatively related with positive coping style (r=-0.678,P=0.000),and were negatively related with negative coping styles (r=0.233,P=0.001).Conclusion The working stress of nurses in Jinzhou third-grade class-A hospital is intense,and the working pressure of nursing staff is affected by their coping styles.
