摘要
当前高职学生职业生涯规划教育的主要问题有:大学生对"职业生涯规划"投入不够,职业准备不足,学校职业生涯规划教育体系不完整,专业职业生涯规划教育师资匮乏。应从更新学生的职业生涯规划观念,完善职业生涯规划教育体系,打造高素质职业生涯规划教学团队等方面,科学构建高职生的职业生涯规划教育体系。
At present, the main problems of higher vocational students＇ career planning education： college students have not enough investment in ＂ career planning＂ , lack of career preparation, school career planning education system is not complete, lack of professional career planning education teachers. We should update the concept of the students＂ career planning ,perfect the system of career planning education, create high-quality career planning teaching team and so on,to improve the scientific construction of higher vocational students＇ career planning education system.
