摘要
我国文化产业管理学生专业素养培养普遍存在不足,表现为专业理论课程繁多与知识面广、专业技能培养不明确与重视不够、学生不了解专业与学习不主动等方面;建构紧密的学科知识体系与明确专业方向、加强实践课程与提升专业技能、认识专业与自我定位是学生专业素养培养的内容需求。基于此,加强课程与课堂的互动、保障实践教学的质量和丰富新生专业导读课程的内容和形式是学生专业素养培养的重要路径。
In our country, there are many problems in the cultivation of students＇ professional accomplishment from cultural industry management. One is too many professional theoretical courses arranged. Two is lack of clear and not enough professional skills training. Third is that students do not understand the professional and learning is not active, and so forth. The demand for students＇professional accomplishment is to construct a close subject knowledge system and clear professional direction, to strengthen practical courses and upgrade professional skills, to understand professional and self - positioning. I suggest that the important paths of cultivating students＇ profes-sionalism include the interaction between the curriculum and the classroom, ensuring the quality of practical teaching, and enriching the details and forms of the freshman＇ professional guidance.
