摘要
结合卧式沉降过滤离心机的技术特点和工作原理,介绍了镇城底矿选煤厂将该离心机用于处理尾矿煤泥水及浮选精煤的应用现状,探讨了脱水效率、固体回收率该2项评定指标的计算,通过试验检测及其产品工艺效果分析可知,卧式沉降过滤离心机在镇城底矿选煤厂的应用可降低脱水产物的水分及提高离心机入料的固体产率。
Combining with the technological characteristics and working principles of horizontal sedimentation screen centrifuge,this paper introduced the application status of using centrifuge to treat the tail main slime water and do the floatation of the clean coal in the Zhenchengdi colliery coal preparation plant,indicators calculation such as the dehydration efficiency and solid recovery rate were discussed,through experimental test and the product process effect analysis,it was proved that the horizontal sedimentation screen centrifuge application in Zhenchengdi colliery coal preparation plant could reduce the moisture content of dehydrated product and improve the solid yield of centrifuge's feeding material.
