摘要
目的研究与分析外周血T、B淋巴细胞亚群及血清、龈沟液炎症介质在老年牙周病患者中的检测价值。方法选取2015年2月~2016年6月唐山市曹妃甸区医院(以下简称"我院")收治的60例老年牙周病患者作为观察组,同时期我院的60例健康体检示健康老年人作为对照组,将两组的外周血T、B淋巴细胞亚群及血清、龈沟液炎症介质进行检测与比较,同时比较观察组中不同分类和严重程度牙周病患者的检测结果。结果观察组中的外周血T、B淋巴细胞亚群CD8^+、CD20^+、CD5^+CD19^+及CD5-CD19^+均高于对照组,CD4^+、CD19^+、CD4/CD8及CD5^+均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的血清及龈沟液炎症介质IL-4均低于对照组,血清及龈沟液IL-1β、PGE2及IL-6均高于对照组(P<0.05)。且观察组中不同分类和严重程度牙周病患者的检测结果也存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论外周血T、B淋巴细胞亚群及血清、龈沟液炎症介质在老年牙周病患者中的检测价值较高,可作为牙周病分类与严重程度的诊断依据。
Objective To investigate and analyze the detection value of peripheral blood T and B lymphocyte subsets, serum and gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory mediators of elderly patients with periodontal disease. Methods 60 elderly patients with periodontal disease in Tangshan Caofeidian District Hospital （for short ＂our hospital＂） from February 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the observation group, 60 healthy elderly personnel with physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group. The peripheral blood T and B lymphocyte subsets, serum and gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory mediators of two groups were detected and compared, then the detection results of observation group with different types and severity degree of periodontal disease were compared. Results The peripheral blood T and B lymphocyte subsets CD8＋, CD20＋, CD5＋CD19＋ and CDS-CD19＋ of observation group were respectively higher than the levels of control group, CD4＋, CD19＋, CD4/CD8 and CD5＋ were＇all lower than the levels of control group （P 〈 0.05）; the serum and gingival crevicular inflammatory mediators IL-4 of observation group were lower than the levels of control group, serum and gingival crevicular IL-1β, PGE2 and IL-6 were all higher than the levels of control group （P 〈 0.05）. The results of observation group with different types and severity degree of periodontal disease had obvious differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The detection value of peripheral blood T and B lymphocyte subsets, serum and gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory mediators of elderly patients with periodontal disease are higher, and the indexes can be as the diagnose evidence for the types and severity degree of periodontal disease.
