摘要 针对单独利用灰色关联度对反潜巡逻机搜潜效能进行评估决策具有过于客观性以及准确率低的缺点,提出一种基于灰色关联决策和组合赋权的方法来进行解决。先将基于灰色关联系数的客观权重极大熵模型法求取的客观权重,与考虑了专家意见的模糊层次法得出的主观权重,两者联合通过基于博弈论的组合赋权法得出组合权重,再代入基于灰色关联度的决策方法得出最佳的方案。通过实例计算,该方法能直观快速地反应方案的优劣程度,并进行决策。 A method based on gray relational decision and combined weight is presented to solve the problem that the gray relational degree is too objectivity and low accuracy to evaluate the performance of anti-submarine patrol aircraft. First,the objective weight based on gray correlation coefficient is obtained by maximum entropy model and obtain the subjective weight by considering the fuzzy hierarchy proposed by experts. The two unite to obtain the combined weight through the combining weighting method based on game theory. Finally,substitute into the decision method based on the gray relational grade to infer the best scheme. Through example calculation,it can divectly and swaiftly response the scheme’s good and bad points by calculating examples,and it also can make final decision.
