摘要
针对传统采场回采质量评价中存在如何准确获取相关的技术经济指标和建立合适的数学评价模型困难的现实,提出了基于采场实测的模糊数学综合评价方法。运用CMS三维探测成果准确计算获得采场回采过程中的贫化、损失等技术参数,并结合矿山信息系统提供的回采经济指标,构建起了评价指标体系;对各指标进行归一化处理和确定权重值,运用拓展最小二乘方最优准则和模糊数学理论建立起了采场回采质量评价模型。实际应用表明,获取的评价指标参数能准确反映采场回采的实际情况,所建立的评价模型能较有效地实现对采场回采质量的定量化评价,从而为回采质量管理提供了一种新的方法。
In light of the difficulties in evaluating the quality of conventional stope mining such as acquiring accurate technical and economic indicators and establishing a suitable mathematical model, a comprehensive fuzzy math evaluation method based on site survey is proposed. An evaluation index system is built based on the technical parameters such as dilution and loss of the mining obtained by CMS system and the mining economic indexes provided by the mine information system. Normalization and weight value for each index are made and a quality evaluation .model for stope mining is constructed based on the developing criteria for optimal least-squares and fuzzy math theory. Its practical application shows that the evaluation index parameters obtained can accurately reflect the real conditions of stope mining and the model can be used to effectively realize a quantitative evalnation of the quality of stope mining, providing a new method for managing the mining quality.
