摘要
导弹装备系统效能评估是检验和提高导弹装备系统效能的重要手段,针对评估中定性和定量指标同时存在且相互冗余的问题,建立了基于组合赋权的云模型。采用一种新的组合赋权方法,即通过层次分析法计算主观权重,信息熵法计算客观权重,并引入独立性权重作为修正因子,联合3种权重构建离差最小化目标优化函数得到组合权重。同时在云模型中加入可信性分析,检验评估结果的科学性。运用组合赋权的云模型可以科学处理导弹装备系统效能评估中定性和定量指标并有效减少冗余。仿真结果表明,改进评估模型可对导弹装备系统效能进行有效的评估。
The evaluation of missile equipment system is the main means to check and enhance the effectiveness of missile equipment systems. In order to deal with the redundancies in qualitative and quantitative indexes in the evaluation, a cloud model is put forward based on a new combinational weight method. In which the subjective weight is calculated by AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process ) and the objective weight is calculated by information entropy method. The independence weight is introduced serving as a correction factor. In order to get the combinational weight, the above three kinds of weights are combined to establish the optimal objection function of the minimum de- viation. The weight method of traditional cloud model is optimized by this combinational weight. And the credibility analysis is added to the cloud model to test the evaluation results. Both qualitative and quantitative indexes can be dealt with well by this cloud model and redundancies are reduced availably. The simulation results indicate that the proposed approach can effectively evaluate the effectiveness of missile equipment systems.
