Technical Support Capability Evaluation of Missile Equipment Based on Set Pair Theory

摘要 针对导弹装备技术保障能力评估中存在的诸多不确定问题,依据导弹保障建制的分类构建导弹装备技术保障能力评估指标体系,基于集对论的思想,建立导弹装备技术保障能力集对评估模型。为了使得到的评估指标权重向量同时反映主观程度和客观程度,提出通过构造一个双目标决策问题,进行主客观综合赋权确定指标权重的方法。实例分析表明,该方法通过联系度量化了评估指标的确定程度,提高了评估结果的可信性,对解决导弹装备技术保障能力评估中不确定性问题具有很强的指导作用。 Aiming at the uncertainties problems in the missile equipment technical support ability evaluation,the index system of evaluating support ability evaluation ability is brought forward according to the sort of missile support institution. Based on set pair theory,the set pair evaluation model is built. In order to make evaluation index reflect degree,the method of subjective and objective comprehensive weighting is used to determine index weight by constructing one double target decision prolbem. According to the analysis,the method could enhance the confirming degree of evaluation index,as well as creditability of evaluation result,providing a guidance to solve the uncertainties problems in the missile equipment technical support ability evaluation.
