摘要 以津湾广场9号楼8层转换桁架为例,介绍了下挂上承式转换桁架安装技术。施工过程中,借助原结构构件组成的临时钢桁架、临时回顶体系,完成桁架结构安装。施工时,以原结构组合柱为基础,呈阶梯状向两侧对称吊装及焊接,消除了钢结构施工残余应力。施工结束且各杆件应变趋于稳定后,对转换桁架临时回顶体系进行卸载,使结构受力状态达到设计要求。通过一系列措施解决了转换桁架安装过程中下部无支撑的技术难题,保证了施工质量及生产安全,降低了施工成本。 Taking the eighth story transfer truss of Jinwan Plaza Building No. 9 for example,a type of transfer truss installation technology which is called ‘support from the above and connect with the following'is introduced. In process of construction,the installation of truss structure with the aid of temporary steel truss and temporary strut system which are consisted of construction members of original structure is completed. When constructing,symmetrical hoisting and welding are ladder-like on both side,which are based on the composite columns of original structure. This method eliminates residual stress of steel structure. When the process of construction is completed and the strains of bars tend to be stable,the temporary strut system of transfer truss is uninstalled to bring the behaviour of structure up to the design requirement. The technical problems during the installation of transfer truss without support members at the bottom are solved by a series of measures. These measures not only ensure the quality and safety of the construction,but also reduce construction costs.
