摘要
惠州市中心体育场罩棚钢桁架悬挑大,使其临时支撑的设计及拆除成为控制罩棚结构施工安全的关键因素之一。采用有限元分析软件SAP2000,考虑安装及拆除过程中荷载的各种不利组合以及缆风绳的有利影响,建立数值分析模型。针对使用阶段和拆除阶段,对临时支撑的设计、稳定性及变形等特性进行了分析。研究表明,该结构临时支撑的设计和拆除均满足现行规范要求,方案具有可行性。
The shed steel truss cantilever of Huizhou Centre Stadium is large,so design and removal of the temporary support become a key control factor for construction safety.Using the finite element analysis software SAP2000,considering all the adverse combinations of loads and the beneficial effects of ropes in installation and dismantling press,numerical analysis model is established.The authors analyze the design,stability and deformation characteristics of temporary support in working and removal phase.The results show that the design and demolishment of temporary support meet current regulatory requirements,and it is feasible.
