摘要
《伤寒论》仲圣治水方剂16种,组方配伍严谨,灵活得法,巧妙得当,药物组成只一味或剂量之差则改变功效,所治病证迥然有别。以水饮内停为主治方剂均用茯苓、桂枝、炙甘草,茯苓桂枝白术甘草汤,温阳健脾,利水降冲;茯苓桂枝甘草大枣汤,温通心阳,化气行水;茯苓甘草汤,温中化饮,通阳利水。以水热互结为主治方剂均用茯苓、猪苓、泽泻,皆治小便不利、口渴、身热,五苓散利水渗湿、温阳化气;猪苓汤利水、清热养阴。以阳虚身痛为主治方剂均用附子、白术、茯苓、白芍,皆温经散寒,渗湿止痛,真武汤温阳散寒以祛水邪,适用于阳虚水泛诸证;附子汤温阳补虚以祛寒湿,适用于阳虚寒湿入侵所致身痛诸证。以痰饮停聚为主治方剂均用茯苓、白术健脾利湿和温阳化气之品,温阳利水,茯苓桂枝白术甘草汤主治脾阳虚不能制水,水停胸胁所致痰饮,病位在脾;五苓散主治太阳经腑同病,膀胱气化不利蓄水证,病位在膀胱;真武汤主治脾肾阳虚,水气内停,阳虚水泛,病位在肾。还有温肺化饮、解表散寒的小青龙汤,治疗太阳伤寒兼里停水饮证;利水通阳的桂枝去桂加茯苓白术汤等。病机不同,选方不同,功效各异,充分体现了《伤寒论》辨证施治运用。
