摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对心内科住院老年患者跌倒及坠床发生率的影响。方法将2014年1月~12月本院收治的772例65岁以上心内科老年患者按入院时间先后分为2组,将2014年1月~2014年12月住院的367例老年患者作为对照组,给予老年心内科常规护理;将2015年1月~12月住院的405例老年患者作为观察组,在常规护理基础上,实施综合护理干预措施,比较2组患者住院期间跌倒及坠床的发生情况。结果对照组患者跌倒及坠床发生率为1.63%,观察组患者跌倒及坠床发生率为0.49%,明显低于对照组(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论综合护理干预对降低住院老年患者的跌倒及坠床具有积极的作用。
Objective To explore the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in preventing falling down and falling bed of elderly patients in the department of cardiology. Methods 772 cases of elderly patients over the age of 65 taken in From January 2014 To December 2015 were divided into 2 groups according to admission time in the department of cardiology. 367 cases between January 2014 and December 2014 were set as control group and accepted routine nursing, 405 cases between January 2015 and December 2015 were set as observation group and accepted comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing. The falling down and falling bed rates of the two groups were compared. Results The failing down and falling bed rate of the control group was 1.63% and the falling down and falling bed rate of the observation group was 0.49% , the difference between these two groups was statistical significance. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has a positive impact in reducing falling down and falling bed rate of the elderly patients in the Cardiology Department.
