摘要
通过分析老年患者入院评估中护理风险及诱发因素,探讨相关的解决对策,旨在提高老年患者入院评估质量,预防风险事件的发生。建立完善的管理制度,制定信效度高的入院评估表、对护理人员进行相关教育等措施可有效预防老年患者入院评估不足导致护理风险的发生,有助于提高护理质量,促进医护患关系和谐。
By analyzing the nursing risk and evoked factors in admission evaluation of elderly patients, the related strategies are explored to improve the quality of admission assessment in elderly patients and prevent the occurrence of risk events. Establishing a sound management system, developing an admission evaluation form with excellent validity and reliability, educating nursing staff and other strategies can effectively prevent the occurrence of nursing risks in elderly patients due to insufficient admission evaluation, which could help to improve the quality of care and promote the harmonious relationship between patients and medical staff.
