众筹学习:中小学心理教师专业成长的一种路径选择 被引量:1

摘要 当前,中小学心理教师群体专业化程度较低、角色身份认知模糊化等问题依然存在,众筹学习成为中小学心理教师专业发展诉求的现实路径。中小学心理教师众筹学习的实践探索主要体现在网络平台与现实场域两方面,教师通过共同分享教学经验与成果,共同促进专业成长。而发挥众筹学习实效性最为关键因素的是专业自觉与专家引领。 Nowadays, teachers of psychology in primary and middle schools still encounter problems in both the profession and identity. So crowd learning has become the way for them to seek professional development.The way of crowd learning mainly reflects in two aspects: network platform and reality. Teachers share their teaching experience and achievements to promote the professional development. However, the most critical factors for crowd learning are the teachers' professional consciousness and guidance from experts.
