黄芪桂枝五物汤对糖尿病周围神经病变患者血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性的影响 被引量:21

Effects of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on Serum Activity of Glutathione Peroxidase in Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

摘要 目的:探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤对糖尿病周围神经病变患者血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性的影响。方法:将60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例;两组患者均给予常规降糖药物和神经营养等支持治疗,治疗组加服黄芪桂枝五物汤,12周为1疗程。治疗结束评价患者的临床疗效;检测治疗前后患者腓总神经传导速度及血清GSH-Px活性。结果:治疗组临床有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的腓总神经传导速度、GSH-Px活性差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的腓总神经传导速度、GSH-Px活性均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗组在改善感觉神经传导速度和GSH-Px活性方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪桂枝五物汤可有效改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者腓总神经传导速度以及血清GSH-Px活性,提高临床疗效,其作用可能与抗氧化有关。 Objective: To discuss the effects of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on serum activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: 60 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. All patients were received conventional hypoglycemic drugs and supportive treatment such as neurotrophy, the treatment group was treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction additionally, with a course of 12 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, the conduction velocity of nerve peroneus communis and serum activity of GSH-Px in patients were detected before and after treatment. Results: The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Before treatment, there were no statistically Significant differences on the conduction velocity of nerve peroneus eommunis and serum activity of GSH-Px between the two groups(P 〉 0.05) ;After treatment, the conduction velocity of nerve peroneus communis and serum activity of GSH-Px in both group were improved compared with the treatment before ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and the effects on the conduction velocity of sensory nerve and GSH-Px activity in the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction can effectively improve the conduction velocity of nerve peroneus communis and serum activity of GSH-Px in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and improve the clinical efficacy. Its mechanism may be related to antioxidation.
