摘要
目的:探析黄芪桂枝五物汤联合针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法:在我院收治的所有糖尿病周围神经病变患者中选取90例(均收治于2014年7月—2017年1月期间)作为此次研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同分为例数均等的两组,选择常规西药治疗的患者设为对照组(45例),而选择黄芪桂枝五物汤联合针灸治疗的患者设为观察组(45例)。评估两组疗效,并记录治疗前后神经传导速度变化情况。结果:在总有效率比较上可见观察组(97.78%)高于对照组(73.33%),两组间数据差异显著(P<0.05);同时,在治疗前,两组神经传导速度较接近,无显著差异存在(P>0.05);但治疗后,两组神经传导速度均呈提升趋势,且观察组神经传导速度快于对照组,且组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病周围神经病变患者治疗中联合应用黄芪桂枝五物汤与针灸,在改善患者临床症状的同时可加快其神经传导速度。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: 90 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (from July 2014 to January 2017) were selected as the subjects of the study. According to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into two groups with equal number of cases. The patients treated with routine western medicine were divided into two groups: control group (45 cases) and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with acupuncture group (45 cases). The efficacy of the two groups and to record the changes of nerve conduction velocity before and after treatment were compared. Results: In total validity, the data of observation group (97.78%) was significantly higher than that of control group (73.33%)(P<0.05), and the nerve conduction velocity of the two groups was similar before treatment (P>0.05). But after treatment, the nerve conduction velocity of the two groups showed an increasing trend, and the nerve conduction velocity of the observation group was faster than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction and acupuncture in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can improve the clinical symptoms and accelerate the nerve conduction velocity, so it is worthy of clinical application in the future.
