摘要
目的研究与观察强化术前访视对老年手术患者情绪状态与效能感的影响程度。方法将2015年10月—2016年11月本院的78例老年手术患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组39例和观察组39例。对照组遵循常规的术前访视进行干预,观察组则以强化术前访视的方式进行干预,然后统计与比较两组患者访视前后的POMS量表与GSES量表评估结果。结果访视前,两组患者的POMS量表与GSES量表评估结果比较,P均>0.05;而访视后,观察组的POMS量表与GSES量表评估结果均优于对照组,P均<0.05。结论强化术前访视对老年手术患者情绪状态与效能感的影响显著优于常规术前访视,在老年手术患者中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To study and observe the influence degree of intensive preoperative interview for the emotional state and efficacy of elderly patients with surgery. Methods 78 cases of elderly patients with surgery in our hospital from October 2015 to November 2016 were divided into control group 39 cases and observation group 39 cases according to the method of random number table, the control group were taken care with conventional preoperative interview, the observation group were taken care with intensive preoperative interview, then the two groups＇ evaluation results of POMS scale and GSES scale before and after the interview were analyzed and compared. Results Two groups＇ evaluation results of POMS scale and GSES scale before the interview were compared（P〉0.05）, while the observation group′s evaluation results of POMS scale and GSES scale after the interview were all significantly better than those of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The influence of intensive preoperative interview for the emotional state and efficacy of elderly patients with surgery is significantly better than those of conventional preoperative interview, so the application value in the elderly patients with surgery is higher.
