摘要
目的探讨家属参与式术前访视在老年患者手术治疗中的应用效果。方法将2018年3月至9月住院接受手术治疗的224例老年患者按照入院治疗的时间先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,各112例。对照组给予常规性术前访视,观察组在对照组基础上给予家属参与式术前访视。比较两组的应用效果。结果术前,两组的SAS、SDS评分均低于访视前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度、手术治疗总依从率高于对照组,术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家属参与式术前访视应用于老年患者手术治疗中,可有效缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高手术治疗依从性,降低术后并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of family member participation preoperative visit on surgical treatment of elderly patients.Methods A total of 224 elderly patients hospitalized for surgical treatment from March to September 2018 were divided into control group and observation group by the time sequence of admission,with 112 cases in each group.The control group was given routine preoperative visit,and the observation group was given family member participation preoperative visit on the basis of the control group.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before operation,the SAS and SDS scores in the two groups were lower than those before the visit,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction and the total compliance rate of surgical treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the total incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family member participation preoperative visit applied in the surgical treatment of elderly patients can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients,improve the compliance of surgical treatment,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
