摘要
术前访视是临床麻醉工作中非常重要的部分。充分的术前访视可以准确评估患者的病情,从而制定出合理的麻醉方案,进而提高患者对手术的耐受性;还可以降低患者的焦虑,提高麻醉满意度,缓解医患关系。随着加速康复外科的发展,对术前访视的要求也逐渐提高。该文将主要对近些年的术前访视新途径进行总结。
Preoperative visit is a very important part of clinical anesthesia. Adequate preoperative visits can accurately assess the patient's condition, thus developing a reasonable anesthesia program to improve the patient's tolerance to surgery; it can also reduce patient anxiety, improve anesthesia satisfaction, and ease the relationship between doctors and patients. With the development of accelerated rehabilitation surgery, the requirements for preoperative visits have gradually increased. This article will mainly summarize the new ways of preoperative visits in recent years.
