A Discussion of the Six Important Topics on Neighborhood-based Learning Community

摘要 在我国全面建设小康社会的历史进程中,社区学习共同体展现出蓬勃的生命力,成为社区成人教育与学习的重要载体。社区学习共同体不仅是学习方式的变革,更是生存方式的自我更新。重建社区共同生活空间,就是重建人与人之间的关系,重建温馨的家园。社区学习共同体是一个个富有内生性成长力的生命体,应认识和把握社区学习共同体的本质特征,了解社区学习共同体与学习型组织的区别与联系,遵循社区学习共同体培育的规律和原则。本文通过对社区学习共同体发展过程中遇到的六大问题进行讨论,以期走出认识误区,坚定人本教育信念,选择适合社区学习共同体成长的培育方式,切实落实教育部等九部门《关于进一步推进社区教育发展的意见》中"推动各类学习型组织与学习共同体建设"的精神,为办好老百姓有深切获得感的社区教育开辟新的路径。 In the course of building our comprehensively well - off society, neighbour - hood based learning community has shown vigorous vitality and become an important carrier of community adult education and learning. It is not only a learning method reform, but also a self - renewal way to survive. The rebuiding of community living space is to rebuild interpersonal relationships as well as a warm home. Each neighbour - hood based learning community is a life with endogenous growth ca- pacity. We should understand its essential characteristics and its difference and connection with learning organizations, and follow its developing patterns and principles. By discussing the six prob-lems encountered in community learning development , this paper hopes to hold the faith of humanis- tic education and get rid of the misunderstanding, trying to implement the spirit of "promoting the development of various learning organizations and learning communities " revealed in Opinions on Further Promoting the Development of Community department of education , and finding a satisfying Education by the nine departments including the way for the development of learning community.
