过硫酸盐-骨架构建体对污泥脱水性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用过硫酸盐和骨架构建体协同对市政污水厂的剩余污泥进行深度脱水,研究了过硫酸盐投加量、Fe^(2+)与过硫酸盐比例、骨架构建体投加量对污泥脱水性能的影响。在此基础上利用响应曲面法,以污泥含水率降低率为响应指标,对污泥脱水的参数进行了优化。结果表明,过硫酸盐和骨架构建体协同可以改善污泥的脱水性能,在活化过硫酸盐投加量为833.04 mg·g^(-1)DS,生石灰投加量为341.44 mg·g^(-1)DS,粉煤灰投加量为435.21 mg·g^(-1)DS时,污泥含水率可以降至60%以下。 The excess sludge of municipal wastewater treatment plant was treated with the combination of persulfate and skeleton builder. The effects of the dosage of persulfate, the ratio of Fez+ to sulfate and the dosage of the skeleton builder on sludge dewaterability were studied. Furthermore, response surface methodology was applied to optimize parameters of sludge dewatering as a response index to indicate the reduction ratio of sludge water content. The results showed that the synergistic effect of persulfate and skeleton builder could improve sludge dewaterability. The water content can be reduced below 60% with activated persulfate dosage of 833.04 mg·g-1DS, lime dosage of 341.44mg·g-1 DS and fly ash dosage of 435.21 mg ·g-1 DS.
