摘要
针对循环冷却水补充水的水质特点,采用一系列单因素试验方法,考察了营养物质(BOD5,NH4^+-N,TP)、颗粒物(CaCO,)、矿物质(Ca^2+,Mg^2+,Na^+,Fe^3+)等因素对生物黏泥性能的影响。结果表明:在不同水质条件下,生物黏泥量与挥发性生物量和微生物活性呈现出一致的变化趋势;要控制水中的生物黏泥生成则营养物质指标应达到c(BOD5)≤5mg/L,C(NH4^+-N)≤6mg/L,c(TP)≤1mg/L,c(CaCO3)≤50mg/L,C(Ca^2+)=100~250mg/L,C(Mg^2+)=80—200mg/L,c(Na^+)≤120mg/L,c(Fe^3+)≤1mg/L。
A series of single factor experiments were conducted according to the water quality of circulating cooling water system. The influences of nutrition substances (BOD5, NH4^+-N, TP), particle (CaCO3), and minerals (Ca^2+ ,Mg^2+ ,Na^+, Fe^3+ ) on biofouling characteristics were investigated respectively. The results show that the biofouling amount, volatile hiomass, microbe activity reveal consistent change tendency in different water quality condition. The contents of biofouling reduce to the lowest level with BOD5 less than 5 mg · L^-1 , NH4^+-N less than 6 mg · L^-1 , TP less than 1 mg · L^-1 , CaCO3 particles less than 50 mg · L^-1, Ca^2+ from 100 to 250 mg · L^-1, Mg^2+ from 80 to 200 mg · L^-1, Na^+ less than 120 mg·L^-1, Fe^3+ less than 1 mg · L^-1.
