摘要
在逐渐提高COD污泥负荷的条件下,对高氨氮石化污水进行处理,并考察DO浓度、pH值和温度对COD去除效果的影响。结鼍表明,当污泥负荷在0.134~0.923kgCOD/(kgMLSS·d)时,系统保持了良好的COD去除能力,COD平均去除率达到88.8%。在DO浓度为4mg/L、pH值为7.0~7.5的条件下,系统可获得最佳的COD的去除效果。随混合液温度的增加,系统的COD去除率增加;但温度高于22℃时,COD去除率随温度的变化不再显著。
High ammonium nitrogen petrochemical wastewater had been treated while gradually enhancing sludge loading,and the effect of DO concentration,pH and temperature on COD removal efficiency had also been investigated.The results show that the process can remove COD effectively when sludge loading is 0.134~0.923 kgCOD/(kgMLSS·d),and the average COD removal efficiency can reach 88.8%.Optimal COD removal efficiency can be obtained when DO concentration is 4 mg/L and pH is 7.0~7.5.The COD removal efficiency increases with the increase of the temperature of mixed liquor,but it does not increase notably when the temperature is higher than 22℃.
