POSS改性含氟PMMA紫外透过性能研究

摘要 用乳液聚合将MAP-POSS对甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物进行改性。FTIR、DSC、TGA对有机硅和含氟聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯基体之间相容性及复合材料的热力学性能进行了表征和研究,利用紫外可见光分光光度计研究MAPPOSS含量对紫外波段的透过率影响。结果表明:氟硅共聚改性可以提高纯PMMA在200350 nm的透过率,且随着MAP-POSS量的增加,材料的紫外透过性能上升。 The hexafluorobutyl methacrylatemethyl methacrylate copolymer was modified with MAP- POSS by emulsion polymerization. FTIR, DSC and TGA were used to characterize the compatibility of the inorganic particles with fluorinated polymethylmethacrylate matrix and the thermodynamic properties of the composites. The UV transmittance of the composite materials with the fluorine and MAP-POSS content change by UV-Vis spectrophotometer was studied. The results showed that the fluorine and MAP-POSS can improve the transmittance of the material at 200 ~ 350 nm band. With the increase of MAP-POSS content, the UV transmittance of the material improved.
