摘要 以纤维素为原料,甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为单体,离子液体(AMIMCl)为反应介质采用原子转移自由基聚合法(ATRP)制备了纤维素-g-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物.通过FT-IR,1HNMR和GPC对聚合物进行了表征,考察了聚合反应的活性特征,反应温度、纤维素大分子引发剂取代度、催化体系以及单体用量对聚合物分子量及分子量分布的影响.通过紫外分光光度计测试了聚合物对有机酚类物质的吸附性能.结果表明,反应转化率随时间呈线性增加,反应过程活性可控,所得接枝共聚物对2,4-二氯苯酚有较好的吸附性能. Cellulose graft poly(methyl methacrylate) was obtained successfully by atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP). The synthesized copolymers were characterized by FTIR, H NMR spectroscopes. The experiment studied effect of living features of the polymer, reaction time, DS of macro-initiator,catalytic system and the amount of monomer on the polymer molecular weigh and molecular weight distribution. The GPC results indicated that the grafted polymer chains had well-controlled molecular weight. These copolymers were shown to behave as good sorbents for 2,4-dichlorophenol.
