摘要
从居民的主观感知出发,测度了武汉市保障房社区居民的社区依恋感,在三个层面探讨了居民社区依恋的影响因素,并重点对比了两类社区居民的社区依恋强度及其动因。结果显示,武汉市保障房社区居民对社区有较强的依恋感,且经济适用房社区居民比公租房社区居民表现出更强的社区依恋;就其动因而言,社区社会环境因素的影响最大,社会安全和秩序对公租房社区居民的影响最显著,而社区交往和支持对经济适用房社区居民的影响更突出,社区物质环境的影响次之;经济适用房社区居民的社区依恋感受居住条件、生活条件和教育环境的影响明显,而生活条件、交通条件和就业环境对公租房社区居民的社区依恋感影响更强;在个体特征层面,仅年龄和婚姻状况两项因素与经济适用房社区居民的社区依恋有较为紧密的联系。
Starting from the subjective perception of the residents, the sense of community attachment of residents in in- demnificatory housing community in Wuhan City is measured and the factors affecting community attachment are discussed from three levels, focusing on a in - depth comparative analysis of the strength of attachment to the community and its influencing fac- tors between two type communities. The study finds that there is a strong emotional attachment between the residents in indemnif- icatory house and their communities in Wuhan City, and the res- idents in affordable housing communities have deeper attachment to the community than those of the public rental community dra- matically. In terms of driving factors, the social environment factors affected the community attachment of residents greatly; Social security and order influence the public housing residents significantly; community interaction and support influence; The residents in affordable housing community significantly, followed by community environment. The sense of attachment to afford- able housing communities by residents were affected by housing conditions, living conditions and the educational environment greatly, however, the residents in public rental community are affected by living and traffic conditions and the employment en- vironment more significantly. At the level of the residents' indi- vidual characteristics, only the factors of age and marital status are associated closely to residents' community attachment.
