摘要
在利用氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定水中的硒含量时,对影响消解的因素如温度和酸度等进行研究,确定了一种快速可靠的的方法。即取水样10 m L于15 m L试管,加入3 m L纯盐酸,将试管放入水浴箱40 min,然后用原子荧光光度计进行测试。
In the determination of selenium in water by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS), a fast and reliable method was developed to study the factors that affect the digestion, such as temperature and acidity.
