摘要
目的:测定海藻玉壶汤中主要组成药物硒含量。方法:GB/T5009.93-2003,氢化物原子荧光光谱法,同一标本连续测定,取平均值。结果:海藻饮片硒含量0.13 mg/kg,海带饮片硒含量0.21 mg/kg,昆布饮片硒含量0.09 mg/kg,浙贝母饮片硒含量0.04 mg/kg,法半夏饮片硒含量0.10 mg/kg,青皮饮片硒含量0.04 mg/kg,陈皮饮片硒含量0.68 mg/kg,当归饮片硒含量0.29 mg/kg,川芎饮片硒含量0.12 mg/kg,连翘饮片硒含量0.07 mg/kg,独活饮片硒含量0.05 mg/kg,甘草饮片硒含量0.08 mg/kg。海藻玉壶汤中的硒含量0.069mg/L。结论:海藻、海带、昆布、陈皮、川芎、当归在海藻玉壶汤中为硒含量丰富的中药,海藻玉壶汤是富硒复方。
Objective : To test the selenium content of the mainly - composed drug ill tlaizao Yuhu Decoction. Methods : According to GB/T 5009.93 - 2003, hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry" was used through continuous measurement of the same specimen, taking the average. Results : The content of selenium was as follows : ill seaweed was 0.13 mg/kg;in kelp was 0.21 mg/kg;in laminaria was 0.09 mg/kg;in Fritillaria was 0.04 mg/kg;in pinellia was 0.10 mg/kg ; in Qingpi decoction was 0.04mg/kg ; in orange peel was 0.68mg/kg; in Angelica was 0.29 mg/kg; in ligasticum chuanxiong was O. 12mg/kg;in Hypericum peribratum was 0.07 mg/kg;in Radix angelicae pubescemis was 0.05mg/kg; in licorice was 0.08mg/kg. The content of selenium in tlaizao Yuhu Decoction was 0. 069mg/L. Conclusion : Seaweed, kelp, laminaria, dried orange peel, chuanxiong and Angelica in Haizao Yuhu Decoction are the kinds of herbs which are rich in selenium content and selenium is extremely rich in Haizao Yuhu Decoction.
