多层螺旋CT后重建诊断肋骨微骨折的临床价值 被引量:5

Value of MSCT reconstruction technique in the diagnosis of the rib microfracture

摘要 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)后重建技术对肋骨微骨折的诊断价值。方法:2013年1月至2015年6月对高度怀疑肋骨骨折但经X线检查为阴性的70例患者行MSCT检查,采用曲面重建(CPR)及容积再现(VR)再现肋骨图像诊断细微骨折。结果:单纯左侧肋骨骨折40例,单纯右侧肋骨骨折24例,双侧肋骨骨折6例。CPR显示70处(100%),VR显示60处(84.51%),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对高度怀疑肋骨骨折患者行64排螺旋CT VR和CPR均可较好地发现肋骨微骨折,但CPR显示率更高。 Objective: To investigate MSCT reconstruction technique in the diagnosis of small ribs value and to provide the basis for clinical application. Methods: Seventy cases of patients with highly suspected rib fractures and negative X-ray examination from January 2013 to June 2013 were examined with spiral CT of 64 layers of light speed VCT (GE), full scan data were obtained and uploaded to ADW4.4 workstation, the surface reconstruction (CPR) and the volume representation (VR) revealed the frame image for the diagnosis of bone. Results : Analysis found that among 70 patients, 40 cases had simple left rib fractures, 24 cases simple right rib fracture, 6 cases bilateral fractured ribs, 38 cases multiple fractured ribs, 32 cases of single rib fracture. CPR showed 71 fractures, accounting for 100% ; VR confirmed 60 fratures, accounting for 84.51%. Conclusion: VR and CPR reconstruction technology can effectively diagnose patients with slightly fractured ribs, CPR is more effective.
