摘要
目的 探讨关节镜下微骨折联合干细胞移植治疗膝关节软骨损伤患者的护理.方法 以自体骨髓干细胞作为供体,在体外分离分化后移植于患者膝关节内,使软骨得以恢复和重构,对16例患者从术前准备至术后进行护理干预,增强患者自我保护意识,督促其积极进行功能锻炼.结果 16例患者手术成功率为100％,4周后患者功能明显改善,无反复及加重.结论 关节镜下微骨折联合干细胞移植可有效改善膝关节软骨损伤症状,全程护理干预可使患者尽快恢复功能.
Objective To discuss the nursing for patients with articular cartilage injury of knee joint after arthroscopic and stem cells transplantation.Methods With autologous bone marrow stem cell as the parent,stem cells were transplanted to patients＇ knee joints after separation and differentiation in vitro,promoting the recovery and reconstruction of the cartilage.Nursing intervention was implemented to 16 patients from preoperative preparation until after the surgery,to enhance patients＇ sense of self-protection and encourage them to do functional exercise actively.Results The success rate of operation was 100% for the 16 patients,whose function was improved obviously after 4 weeks without recurrence and exacerbation.Conclusions Arthroscopic and stem cells transplantation can effectively alleviate the symptoms of articular cartilage injury of knee joint,and the whole nursing intervention can promote patients＇ functional recovery as soon as possible.
