摘要
目的探讨分析在髋关节病变诊断中使用多层螺旋CT的临床价值。方法选取2018年1月至2020年6月收集到配合本研究的髋关节病变患者60例,对所有患者进行多层螺旋CT(MSCT)和普通CT诊断,分析两种方法的诊断准确率及不同疾病的检出率。结果多层螺旋CT诊断准确率高于普通CT(P<0.05),漏诊率低于普通CT(P<0.05),且对不同疾病的检出率明显高于普通CT(P<0.05)。结论在髋关节病变诊断中使用多层螺旋CT,诊断准确率高,漏诊率低,对不同的髋关节病变的检出率均较高,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of hip joint diseases.Methods From January 2018 to June 2020,a total of 60 patients with hip joint disease in our hospital were selected.All patients were diagnosed with multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)and conventional CT.The diagnostic accuracy and the detection of different diseases between was analyzed between the two methods.Results The diagnostic accuracy of MSCT was higher than that of conventional CT(P<0.05),the missed diagnosis rate was lower than that of X-ray(P<0.05),and the detection rate of different diseases was significantly higher than that of conventional CT(P<0.05).Conclusion Using MSCT in the diagnosis of hip diseases has high accuracy,low missed diagnosis rate and high detection rate for different hip diseases.
