摘要
通过分析传统评教方法出现的学生不负责任、教师不服结果的现象,创新性地提出了按照学生出勤率为标准"挑选"参评样本、各学生评分对被测评教师得分的贡献度的概念,并引入移动累计积分法,给出了一个操作性强、稳定性好的教师学期测评水平的概念及计算方法,以有效提高学生学习的参与性,激励教师保持教学积极性。
Through analyze the phenomenon that students are not responsible and teachers are not satisfied on the traditional teaching methods, creatively put forward the concept that in accordance with the attendance of students as the standard to "select" the sample to participate in evaluation, and the contribution of the students' evaluation to the teachers' scores. Using the mobile cumulative integration method, present a concept and calculation method of the term assessment level of teachers with strong operability and good stability. In order to effectively improve the students' participation in learning, promote the motivation of teachers to maintain the enthusiasm of teaching.
