摘要
随着社会对人才要求的不断提高,第二课堂在培养学生综合素质方面的作用也日益突显。本文通过分析上海海关学院人才培养,并着重分析上海海关学院第二课堂的现状和存在的不足,并且尝试性地提出了改进措施,以便提高第二课堂在人才培养中的贡献度。
With the continuous improvement of social requirements, the role of the second classroom in the training of students' comprehensive quality is increasingly prominent. In this paper, through the analysis of cultivating talents in Shanghai Customs College, and analyzes the status quo of Shanghai Customs College second classroom and its shortcomings, and try to put forward the improvement measures, so as to improve the contribution of the second classroom in talent training.
