摘要
从国内学者对河道管理体制机制研究成果与我国大江大河河道管理现状两个视角,清晰的展示了我国河道管理体制机制方面的现状,并在此基础上,按照国家层面和省级层面的逻辑顺序进行了相应的述评,为以后河道管理机制的研究奠定了基础。
This paper from domestic scholars on the river management system mechanism to sort out the research results,and the China＇s large river management status research. Clarify the status quo of China＇s river management system mechanism,on this basis,according to the national level,the provincial level of the logical order of the corresponding review,for future generations for the river management mechanism to lay the foundation for research.
