摘要
北塘河是杭州市萧山区一条重要的人工河道,其风情大道至通惠路段位于萧山区中心城区,目前该段河道水环境污染问题较为突出,严重危及城市形象。作者认为该段北塘河沿线污染物的排放和河道自净能力的降低是造成河道水污染的主要原因,并针对此提出加强工程与非工程建设相结合的综合防治对策。
Beitang fiver is an important artificial river in Xiaoshan district, Hangzhou. The part from Feng Qing Avenue to Tong Hui road of the river is located in the center city. The pollution of this part＇s water environment is serious and has negative impact to the city image. It is considered that the pollutants discharged to the fiver along Beitang river and the self-purification capacity declining are the main reason that cause the fiver pollution. It is proposed that the governer should take engineering and non-engineefing measures to prevention and cure the river pollution.
