摘要
文章在对江西乐平等五县(市)实地调研的基础上,阐述了五县(市)蔬菜产业发展的现状,总结了五县(市)蔬菜产业发展的经验做法,分析了五县(市)蔬菜产业发展中存在的问题,如蔬菜新技术推广较难、蔬菜生产供应不稳定、蔬菜加工环节薄弱等,并提出了明确发展思路、集成政策支持、科学规划蔬菜生产、加大科技投入力度、培育壮大江西蔬菜品牌等促进五县(市)蔬菜产业发展的对策。
In this paper, the basic situation of the development of vegetable industry in five counties （cities） was discussed through the investigation of five counties（cities） in Jiangxi Province, such as Leping City. Experiences of the development of vegetable industry were summarized and problems were pointed out, such as difficult to widespread new vegetable growing technology, unstable of vegetable production and supply, and weakness of vegetable processing chain. The strategies and suggestions for the development of vegetable industry were put forward, including making clear of developing way, integrating support policies, planning vegetable production scientifically, increasing science and technology input, and breeding famous vegetable brand of Jiangxi Province, etc.
