摘要 从蔬菜播种面积、人均蔬菜占有量、蔬菜周年生产供应水平及市场流通等方面对山西省蔬菜发展现状作了调查和分析。结果表明,蔬菜生产科技含量较低,社会化服务体系不健全、不完善,蔬菜龙头企业数量少和缺乏多功能的批发市场是目前蔬菜产业化存在的主要问题。提出了山西省蔬菜产业化发展的思路和目标,从4 个方面对蔬菜产业化的发展对策进行了阐述。 This paper summarized the history and current situation of the vegetable production in Shanxi province. The factors affecting vegetable production including sown area, per capita consumption, yearly production and supply, and market were investigated and analysed. The investigation indicated that the main problems in vegetable industrialization are: low level of scientific technology service in vegetable pnoduction, imperfect social service system, few leading enterprises in vegetable production, and lack of multi functional wholesale markets. This paper suggested some developing ways and aims in vegetable industrialization in Shanxi province, and set forth from 4 aspects the countermeasures in the development of vegetable industrialization in the province.
