摘要 为了分析簧片弹性联轴器在所研究动力传动系统中的减振性能,将研究对象的动力传动系统简化为双质量弹性系统,采用动力放大系数评价弹性联轴器对发动机转矩波动的衰减程度。针对C35型和改进型C48型两种簧片弹性联轴器,从理论分析和台架试验研究了弹性联轴器的减振性能。改进后的C48型簧片弹性联轴器使得发动机输出转矩的不均匀性大幅度降低,在发动机工作转速范围内减振效果明显优于C35型簧片弹性联轴器。 To analyze the damping performance of reed elastic coupling for power-train system, the study subject was simpli- fied to dual mass elastic system, and the degradation of engine torque non-uniformity was evaluated using dynamic magnifica- tion factor. Theoretical analysis and experimental investigations were taken on the damping performance of elastic coupling C35 and C48 (after improvement). The C48 improved can greatly reduce the engine torque non-uniformity, and its damping capacity is obviously superior to C35 within the engine working speed.
